Payment Options

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), over the phone, or through internet banking.
If you do not have a credit card, payment can be made by cheque or by internet banking.

Please mail a cheque to: Farmers Farmacy®, Attention: Customer Service, 455 Dobbie Dr., Cambridge, Ontario N1T 1T1. Your order will be shipped once a cheque has been received. You can also charge your order to your existing Grand Valley Fortifiers account.

If you wish to set up an account, please ask for a credit application, fill it out in its entirety and fax it to our office. We will accept cheque, credit card, debit or cash at our retail location. All payments, including cheques, should be made to Grand Valley Fortifiers Ltd.

Shipping Details

Canada Post is a shipping option for small items. Please ask for details when ordering.

Items listed as Special Order will be ordered in and shipped out as soon as possible. Special Order items are not part of the free shipping total, and standard shipping rates will apply. For items beyond what we carry in the catalogue, please call for a freight quote. Remember you can always take advantage of free shipping by combining your Farmers Farmacy® and Farmers Pharmacy Rx orders with your Grand Valley Fortifiers premix order.

We currently do not ship orders outside Canada.

Ontario

Courier orders received by 1:30pm are prioritized to ship the same day, when possible, with delivery expected within 1–2 days. FREE shipping is available on orders within Ontario over $350 before tax; a $16 flat rate charge applies for orders under $350. Additional shipping charges apply for items marked within the catalogue with an FOB symbol. Free shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $1000 if the customer is within the Grand Valley Fortifiers (GVF) fleet delivery range. If the order is under $1000, a $75 flat rate charge will apply (please provide complete driving directions and delivery instructions when ordering). For customers outside the GVF fleet delivery area, free shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $2,500 per skid spot before tax, if applicable, beyond charges will be passed on to the customer. Please provide notice of two weeks for the order to be delivered.

Maritimes & Quebec

Courier orders received by 1:30pm are prioritized to ship the same day, when possible, with delivery expected within 1-3 days. FREE shipping is available on orders within the Maritimes and Quebec over $500 before tax; a $20 flat rate charge applies for orders under $500. Additional shipping charges apply for items marked within the catalogue with an FOB symbol. Free shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $2500 per skid spot before tax, if applicable, beyond charges will be passed on to the customer. Please provide notice of two weeks for the order to be delivered.

Manitoba

We have two order and pick up points: Brandon and Winnipeg. FREE Shipping is available to the order and pick-up point in Winnipeg and Brandon. Order your Farmers Farmacy products by 5pm EST each Wednesday and receive it the following Wednesday. Free shipping is available on orders within Manitoba over $500 before tax; where courier delivers direct to farm and via our weekly shipments to our order and pick-up points; a $20 flat rate charge applies for orders under $500. Additional shipping charges apply for items marked within the catalogue with an FOB symbol. Free shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $2500 per skid spot before tax; via our weekly shipments to our order and pick-up points and customer within the delivery area. Please provide notice of two weeks for the order to be delivered.

Alberta

We have two order and pick up points: Lethbridge and Red Deer. FREE shipping is available to the order and pick-up point in Lethbridge and Red Deer. Order your Farmers Farmacy products by 5pm EST each Wednesday and receive it the following Wednesday. Additional shipping charges apply for items marked within the catalogue with an FOB symbol. Free Shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $3000 per skid spot before tax when shipped to the order and pick-up points. Delivery direct to farm is available, full freight applies.

Saskatchewan

Delivery to a pick-up location is an option; free shipping applies to orders over $3000 per skid spot, if applicable, beyond charges will be passed on to the customer. Please provide notice of two weeks for the order to be delivered.

British Columbia

Delivery direct to farm is available, full freight applies.

Case Quantities

Many products we sell are available to purchase in case lots. If there is a case quantity available it will be indicated above the price and will appear as “Case Qty: #”, indicating how many units of that product come in a case. The price listed will remain the price per unit and is not the price for an entire case.

Return Policy

Credit or exchange on the return of Farmers Farmacy® product purchased directly from Farmers Farmacy® or Grand Valley Fortifiers Ltd. will be subject to the following conditions:

1. Customers must obtain a return authorization number from Farmers Farmacy® or Grand Valley Fortifiers Ltd. prior to the return of any product. Product received by Farmers Farmacy® or Grand Valley Fortifiers Ltd. without proper return authorization may be returned back to the customer at their expense.
2. Product must be returned unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging by the original purchaser within 90 days of the date of invoice to be eligible for full credit or exchange at full value. Full credit or exchange value will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of returned items.
3. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany all returned product purchased more than 12 months prior to date of return, or credit value will be issued based on the lowest retail price for that item.
4. Product returned with damaged packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee or devaluation for exchange.
5. Product returned in acceptable condition after 90 days of purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking fee or devaluation for exchange. Credit or exchange value will be based on invoiced price or current retail price, whichever is lowest.
6. Product may be returned with full credit if it is received with less than 90 days to expiry at the time of purchase.

No credit or exchange will be allowed for the following:

• Product returned in unsaleable condition due to breakage, improper storage, biosecurity concerns, fire or flood damage.
• Product returned in used condition.
• Product returned with broken seals.
• Product returned in quantities of less than a full sale unit.
• Product returned by someone other than the original purchaser.
• Product purchased as a special order item.
• Product purchased as a discontinued or final sale item.

All product is to be returned freight prepaid to Farmers Farmacy®/Grand Valley Fortifiers Ltd.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all products returned for credit or exchange are eligible for such as defined above.
