Orders received by 1:30pm are prioritized to ship the same day, when possible, with delivery expected within 1 – 2 days. Shipping is FREE on orders within Ontario over $350; $16 flat rate charge for orders within Ontario under $350.

Free shipping applies to orders over $500 within the Maritimes and Quebec. A $20 flat rate shipping charge will be applied to orders under $500.

The FOB icon identifies FOB Cambridge (“Free on Board” Cambridge) product, and the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges on these items. Certain geographic areas, such as Manitoulin Island, may have additional surcharge applied. When ordering online, freight charges will be communicated via an email or by phone after the order has been placed. Free shipping will apply to FOB items for orders over $750 if the customer is within the Grand Valley Fortifiers (GVF) delivery range. If the order is under $750, a $75 flat rate charge will apply (please provide complete driving directions when ordering). This delivery service is not available to customers outside the GVF delivery area.

Canada Post is a shipping option for small items. Please ask for details when ordering.

Items listed as Special Order will be ordered in and shipped out as soon as possible. Special Order items are not part of the free shipping total, and standard shipping rates will apply. For items beyond what we carry in the catalogue, please call for a freight quote. We currently do not ship orders outside Canada. All orders going to Western Canada are FOB Cambridge, and FULL FREIGHT FOB applies.
